These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 49bat platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between 49bat ("we", "us", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By creating an account on 49bat or using its services, you fully agree to these Terms.

Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
Each person may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, 49bat reserves the right to cancel those accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account suspension or cancellation. It is your responsibility to promptly notify the support team of any changes to your information.
3.3 Account Security
Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with any third party. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. The member is solely responsible for the security of their account.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on 49bat: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for deposits.

4.3 Fraud Prevention
In the event of any suspicious financial activity, 49bat may temporarily suspend the account and request additional verification documents. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, action will be taken in accordance with applicable law.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times. This wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are only usable on designated games.
- An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses are non-transferable.
- 49bat reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

Betting Rules
6.1 Validity of a Bet
A bet is considered final only when the system has successfully confirmed it and the amount has been deducted from the balance. No winnings will be paid out if a bet is not completed due to a technical error.
6.2 Sports Betting
In sports betting, results are determined based on the official match outcome. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or shortened, our specific rules will apply to that bet. Each market's rules apply separately.
6.3 Casino Games
Casino game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game has its own payout rules and odds, which are displayed when the game loads.
6.4 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding the result of a bet, the support team must be notified within a maximum of 7 days. 49bat's decision, based on system logs and game records, shall be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 49bat platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false or fraudulent information.
- Abusing the bonus system or engaging in "bonus hunting".
- Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in a game or software.
- Participating in collusion or organised fraud.
- Using automated software or bots.
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all deposits and bonuses may be forfeited.
Account Closure
8.1 Closure at Member's Request
Any member may request to close their account. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, please notify our support team.
8.2 Closure by the Platform
49bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
